镧与钢中磷的相互作用

【摘要】 采用Miedema二元生成热模型 ,由热力学证明La固定钢中P是完全可能的。通过SEM及TEM手段研究了La和P的相互作用情况。电子衍射结果表明 :La和P作用生成的是LaP ,从而证实了用稀土元素减轻低O、低S钢中P危害的可能性。

【Abstract】 Using Miedema binary formation heat model, it was confirmed thermodynamically that the fixation of P by rare earth element La is possible. The reaction between La and P was studied by means of SEM and TEM. The result of electron diffraction shows that the compound between La and P is LaP. Therefore, the possibility of reducing detrimental effect of P in low oxygen and sulfur steels by addition of rare earth metals is clarified.
