CMAC用于分析和设计非线性过程控制系统(Ⅰ)——CMAC预测器
CMAC Neural Network for Analyzing and Designing Nonlinear Process Control Systems—— PartⅠ :CMAC Based Predictor
【摘要】 本文是基于CMAC神经网络分析和设计非线性过程控制系统的第一部分,分析了Chiang&Lin提出的基于广义基函数的CMAC学习算法收敛条件的局限性,提出了一种改进算法,并证明改进算法是收敛的,应用该算法的CMAC用于过程输出的预测器,仿真结果表明了所提方案是有效性的
【Abstract】 The paper,the firstpartof CMAC neuralnetwork fornonlinear process con trol system,analyzed the shortcoming of the condition when the learning algorithms presented by Chiang& Lin converge,proposed an improved algorithm,and then proved its convergence.We applied the CMAC with the algorithm to the predictor for the out puts of a nonlinear process,the simulation results demonstrate the validation of the proposed strategy.
