【Abstract】 Based on thinking information model, fundamentals of experts using thinking with imagery to solve domain problems are mainly discussed. With the direction of it, the application of a multi level inference to the medical diagnosis expert sysem——ICU surveillance expert system is discussed. Some measures of improving the efficiency of the expert system are put forward including knowledge management, real time parallel inference and active decision support. By designing ICU surveillance expert system, the inference method and the steps put forward are found to be suitable.更多还原
