【摘要】 分析了我国危重病医学的现状 ,阐明了研制 ICU(intensive care unit)应急辅助决策系统的意义 .结合ICU的特点 ,说明了 ICU应急辅助决策系统的特点和实现方法 .在此基础上 ,讨论了系统的主要功能模块 .在知识库的设计中 ,用面向对象技术建立了一种多元知识库模型 ;而在推理机的设计中 ,从人类认知的角度出发 ,突出了应急的实时诊断 ,提出了一种由基于规则推理、证据推理和案例推理的集成推理机制 .最后在系统的具体实现上 ,提出了面向对象的黑板集成模型 .系统原型的仿真结果表明本文的方法是有效的

【Abstract】 The present situation of the critical care medicine in our country and the importance of designing ICU emergency aided decision system are firstly analyzed in this paper. With the complexity of ICU medical background taken into account, characteristics of ICU emergency aided decision system and the scheme is expounded. Based on this, main modules of the system are proposed. Then a multilevel knowledge model is given in virtue of object oriented technology, and a reasoning mechanism integrated RBR (rule based reasoning) and evidential reasoning(ER) with CBR (case based reasoning) are put forward highlighting real time diagnosis in view of epistemology. In the end, an object oriented blackboard integrated model is put forward. Based on this analysis, the initial system frame is realized. The result shows that taking the model in ICU medical aided diagnosis is feasible.
