【Abstract】 This thesis has reviewed the methods used at present for normalizing attribute value of assessment indicators. Integrating the pattern recognition, neural network and fuzzy sets value statistics theory,a new method to normalize attribute value of assessment indicators is proposed, and a foundation for intellectualizing the method to normalize attribute value of assessment indicators is formed.更多还原
