虚拟手术仿真中碰撞检测问题的研究
Research on Collision Detection in Surgery Simulation
【摘要】 虚拟手术仿真是虚拟现实技术在现代医学领域的一个重要应用 ,快速精确的碰撞检测是虚拟手术仿真的基础。现有的碰撞检测方法难以解决虚拟手术仿真中人体组织模型变形和拓朴结构变化等问题 ,本文给出了一种基于固定方向凸包包围盒的碰撞检测方法 ,它不仅在速度上较以往的方法有一定的提高 ,而且能有效地解决虚拟手术仿真中出现的各种新问题。
【Abstract】 Surgery simulation is an important application of virtual reality in the field of modern medical. Quick and exact collision detection is the base of surgery simulation. By the reason of tissue deformation and topology change,the existent collision detection methods are not suitable for surgery simulation. This paper presents a method based on fixed direction hull bounding box which is not only improve the speed of collision detection but also can resolve various new problem in surgery simulation.
