【Abstract】 Production planning and decisionmaking are the key to an enterprise. Based on the studies of the completion times of products we propose a kind of dynamic Gantt chart, which is applied to dynamic decisionmaking of the completion times in short term planning. The dynamic Gantt chart is easier to use, which speeds the decisionmaking procedure. Simulation results demonstrate its validity.更多还原
