飞机炭刹车盘抗氧化性能的研究
STUDY ON THE ANTI-OXIDATION PROPERTY OF AIRCRAFT C/C BRAKES
【摘要】 采用 Si- B系组分表面涂层对飞机炭刹车盘进行抗氧化处理 ,涂层中的 B组分在高温下形成的玻璃态B2 O3能有效地愈合涂层及炭材料本身的缺陷 ,抑制其氧化活性点。得到的涂层可以满足飞机炭刹车盘抗氧化处理的要求。
【Abstract】 The Si B series surface coating was used as anti oxidation treatment of aircraft C/C brakes. The coating with the composition B can form the B 2O 3 glassy film under the high temperature, it will remedy the defects of the coating and the C/C material itself effectively, and restrain the active oxidation sites. The coating could be used under 500 ℃~700 ℃, and will meet the anti oxidation demand of the C/C brakes.
