体内三唑仑及其主要代谢物检验方法研究
STUDY ON DETERMINATION OF TRIAZOLAM AND IT’S MAJOR METABOLITE IN BIOLOGICAL SAMPLE
【摘要】 使用内部质量控制的酶水解、液-液萃取法提取,GC-ECD及GC-MS/MS检测法对体内组织、体液的三唑仑及α-羟基三唑仑进行检测,能够同时定量检测出其他方法难于检测的α-羟基三唑仑和三唑仑成分.同时,通过对人体及动物进行实验,初步确定了三唑仑及α-羟基三唑仑在人体中反动物体内的代谢和动物体内的分布情况.该法具有方法简便、灵敏度高、重现性好、线性范围广、回收率高的特点,经办案实践,证实能够满足实际办案工作的需要.
【Abstract】 This paper describes an internal standard method of enzymatic hydrolysis, liquid - liquid extraction, GC -ECD and GC -MS/MS analysis to detect triazolam and its major metabolite (a - OH triazolam) in tissue and body fluid. By using this method, the distribution and metabolisability of triazolam andα- OH triazolam in human and animal body have been dectected via human and animal test. This method is simple, sensitive and repeatable. It can be used in case work.
