【摘要】 黑龙江经济是一个特殊的复杂系统 ,改革开放以来 ,在全国排序的位次不断后移 ,并曾长期处于“低谷”状态。这种现实被称之为“东北现象” ,引起人们的广泛关注。笔者从产业结构波动的迭加效应、与全国经济波动周期错位效应、历史积淀效应、摸式选择非匹配效应、市场主体间弱关联效应、寻租活动联动效应、思想观念滞后效应等因素进行综合分析 ,试图说明黑龙江经济发展位次后移的深层原因更多还原

【Abstract】 The economy of Heilongjiang Province is a special complex system.But its place in the whole country has been falling back since the reform and opening.And it has long been in the “downturn”.This has been called“the northeastern phenomenon”which has drawn extensive attention.This paper analyses such factors as the overlapping effect of industrial structure fluctuation,the staggering effect of the economic fluctuation cycle of the whole country,the historical deposit effect,the non-match effect of mode selecting,the weak relevant effect between the market subjects,the chain effect of rent-seeking activities,the hysteresis effect of ideologies and so on.It manages to expound the profound causes why the place of Heilongjiang economy has been backward.更多还原
