【Abstract】 The developing of the city centralization heat accommodation didn’t acclimatize itself to developing of market reformation,so that the charging have some trouble and the city centralization accommodating heat system do not work very well,therefore,it is important to build the mechanism which acclimatizes to socialist market economy.And we should let it approach to market and establish the developing foundation to guarantee city heat accommodation.更多还原
