【摘要】 本文对 15 6例 1996年 1月至 4月出生的足月新生儿进行血糖监测。结果发现 :母亲产程中未进食的新生儿血糖较正常进食的低 (t=3.9,P <0 .0 0 1) ;剖宫产新生儿血糖较阴道产的低 (t=4.84;P<0 .0 0 1) ;10 pm～ 10 Am出生的新生儿血糖低于 10 Am～ 10 Pm出生的新生儿 (t=3.2 8;P <0 .0 1)。有 4例新生儿出生时低血糖 (1例剖宫产 ,3例母亲产程中未进食阴道产新生儿 ) ,其中有二例出现低血糖症状(剖宫产和阴道产各一例 )。因此我们认为产妇产程中不进食也易引起新生儿低血糖的发生更多还原

【Abstract】 To find out the relationship between neonatal plasma glucose and maternalbeeding during delivery. is the objective of this clinical prospective study. From January 1996 to April 1996, 156 full term infants born in our department were tested for their plasma glucose levels within 30 mins, on the first day and on the second day after delivery. They were divided into the following groups: maternal unfeeding group with maternal feeding group, abdominal delivered group and vaginally delivered group and 10pm 10am born group with 10am 10pm born group. Results: 1) Maternal unfeeding group (3.06±0.97) had lower plasma glucose level than maternal feeding group (3.91±1.15) (t=3.9; P<0.001), abdominal delivered group (2.68±0.57) had lower plasma glucose level than vaginally delivered group (3.52±1.14) (t=4.84; P<0.001),and 10pm 10am born group (2.91±0.77) had lower plasma glucose level than 10am 10pm born group (3.7±1.21)(t=3.28;P<0.01):2)there were 4 infants suffered from hypoglycemia (l abdominal delivery and 3 maternal unfeeding vaginally delivery), two of them showed the symptoms of hypoglycemia (abdominal delivery and vaginally delivery respectively).
