甘薯新品种“渝苏297”选育研究
Studies on the Breeding of “Yusu 297”, a Newly-Evolved Variety of Sweet Potato
【摘要】 介绍了对甘薯新品种“渝苏 2 97”的生产力和主要经济性状的鉴定结果 .在 1994— 1996年四川省甘薯新品种区域试验中 ,“渝苏 2 97”藤叶产量 2 4 0 4t/hm2 ,与对照品种“南薯 88”平产 ,鲜薯产量 2 0 18t/hm2 ,生物鲜产量 44 2 2t/hm2 ,薯干产量 6 2 0t/hm2 ,生物干产量 9 0 8t/hm2 ,分别比“南薯 88”增产 0 5 9% ,0 2 6 % ,5 2 6 % ,3 5 3% .它在重庆、四川的生产上产量表现更好 .该品种萌芽性好 ,结薯较早 ,大中薯率 75 %以上 ,薯块烘干率 30 74% ,出粉率 19 0 0 % ,氨基酸含量2 41% ,抗黑斑病 ,贮藏性好
【Abstract】 The results of identifying the productivity and essential economic characters of a newly evolved sweetpotato variety named “Yusu 297” are introduced.In the regional test in Sichuan province from 1994 to 1996,its average weights of fresh tuberous roots,fresh vine yield,fresh tuberous root and vine yield,dry matter yield,dry tuberous root and vine yield are 20 18 t/hm 2,24 04 t/hm 2,44 22 t/hm 2,6 20 t/hm 2,9 08 t/hm 2 which respectively increased 0 59%,0 00%,0 26%,5 26% and 3 53% comparing with those of “Nanshu 88” Its fresh tuberous root yield is especially higher than that of “Nanshu 88” in productions in Chongqing and Sichuan.The “Yusu 297” has good bud bursting and easy storing properties,early tuberous growing,the rate of weight of 100 g tuberous root and over in total tuberous root was over 75%,the content of dry matter is 30 74%,and producing starch is 1900%,and amino acid is 241% in fresh tuberous root,resisting to black rot.
