【摘要】 北美红豆杉 (Taxusmedia)树叶中紫杉醇的含量高于云南红豆杉树皮中的含量 ,5年生的北美红豆杉即可采叶提取紫杉醇 .在重庆引种繁殖 3年生的北美红豆杉取得成功 ,扦插繁殖成活率达 90 %以上 ,品种DarkGreenSpreader叶片中紫杉醇含量高达 0 .0 51 % ,是值得三峡库区海拔 1 0 0 0m的退耕还林地区栽培的优良经济林木 .更多还原

【Abstract】 The content of taxol in leaves of Taxus media is more than that in barks of Taxus yunnanensis . We can pick Taxus media leaves that lives for fives years to extract taxol. It is showed that the triennial Taxus media could be introduced and propagated successfully. The survival rate by making cuttages reached to above 90%. One of the strains , the Dark Green Spreader has a content of 0.051% taxol in its leaves ,and we believed that Taxus media are fine forest trees of economic value which are deserved to be cultured in the Three Gorge Reservior Area about 1 000 altitude where we can make the cultivated land into forest land .更多还原
