【摘要】 用无支原体肺炎病猪场的哺乳仔猪 1 1窝共计 1 0 7头 ,分为 4组 ,1组 2 6头猪 ,按疫苗生产厂的免疫方法 ,于 1 5日龄胸腔注射弱毒疫苗 2头份 ;2组 2 6头猪 ,在 1 5日龄时胸腔注射弱毒疫苗 1头份 ,2周后肌肉注射灭活疫苗 1头份 ;3组2 7头猪 ,按疫苗生产厂免疫方法于 1 5日龄和 30日龄肌肉注射灭活疫苗各 1头份 ;4组 2 8头 ,不注射猪支原体肺炎疫苗以作对照。在接种疫苗后 ,分别于 1 2 0天、1 80天、 2 40天进行同居感染和攻毒试验。经临床检查 ,X线胸透结果表明 ,第 2组在 1 5日龄首免弱毒活苗 ,2周后二免灭活苗的免疫保护率最高 ,2 40天的免疫保护为 91 7% ,比 1组和 3组两种常规免疫法的保护率 (75 %和 6 6 7% )分别提高1 6 7和 2 5个百分点。对猪支原体肺炎IHA抗体的监测结果也同样表明 ,第 2组的免疫效果最好 ,2 40天的IHA抗体阳性检出率为 1 0 0 % ,而 1组和 3组均为71 4%。更多还原

【Abstract】 healthy pigs were divided into four groups in this test.No 1 group including 26 pigs were injected attenuated vaccine (2 dose) at 15 days old.No 2 group including 26 pigs were injected attenuated vaccine(1 dose) at 15 days old and injected inactivated vaccine(1 dose) after two weeks.No 3 group including 27 pigs were injected attenuated vaccine(1 dose) an 15 days old and 30 days old,respectively.No 4 group including 28 pigs injected without any vaccine were used to the control.At 120,180,240 days after vaccination,these pigs were challenged with My Suipneumonia .The protective rates in No 2,No 1,No 3 group were 91 7%,75% and 66 7% 240 days after inoculation,respectively.The IHA test showed that the positive rate of serum antibody in No.2 group was also the highest.更多还原
