植物源农药沙黄乳油在稻株内的输导及对褐飞虱的毒力
The transferring of Shahuang EC,a plant insecticide,in rice individuals an d its toxicity against brown planthopper
【摘要】 采用生物活性法对植物源农药沙黄乳油在稻株内的输导及其对褐飞虱的毒力进行了研究。试验表明 ,1 8%沙黄乳油 1 0 0 0倍液经须根内吸向上输导 2 4hr后 ,若虫和成虫的校正死亡率分别为 96 5 6 %和 93 1 0 % ,它们的LC5 0 和回归方程分别为 41 3 82 6 0± 1 0 931 μg/ml,Y =- 8 1 1 0 4+ 5 0 1 0 1X和 485 70 78± 1 0 1 33μg/ml、Y =- 7 6 40 5 + 4 70 5 4X ,两者的LT5 0 与回归方程分别为 7 8996± 1 0 86 9h、Y =2 76 1 3+ 2 4938X和 1 2 0 848± 1 1 0 0 0h、Y =3 2 1 6 7+ 1 6 479X。同时 ,该剂还能经叶片内吸向下输导 ,1 0 0 0倍液处理叶片 5 2hr后 ,若虫和成虫的校正死亡率分别为 74 5 5 %和 6 7 79% ,它们的LC5 0 与回归方程分别为 6 1 4 0 72 6± 1 2 1 80 μg/ml、Y =- 2 5 999+ 2 72 5 7X和 6 43 5 0 77± 1 0 82 7μg/ml、Y =- 0 5 40 5 + 1 972 7X ,两者的LT5 0 和回归方程分别为 1 5 946 6± 1 31 98hr、Y =3 2 1 42 + 1 4848X和2 0 6 46 1± 1 1 998hr、Y =3 0 6 81 + 1 46 93X。可见 ,该剂具有良好的内吸双向输导作用 ,其内吸输导能力以须根内吸向上输导最强
【Abstract】 This article introduces the research on the transferring of Shahuang(SH)EC,a plant insecticide,and its toxicity against Nilaparvata Lugens Stal,in which the bioassay of pesticide had been applied Experiments show the 24 hours after rice fibers absorbed 1000 times dilution of 18% SH EC and transferred it up stem,the corrected mortality of the nymph and adult of N lugen are 96 56% and 93 1%,respectively;their LC 50 and regression equations are 413 8260±1 0931 μg/ml,Y=-8 1104+5 0101X and 485 7078±1 0133μg/ml,Y=-7 6405+4 7054X;and their LT 50 and regression equations 7 8996±1 0869hr,Y=2 7613+2 4938X and 12 0848±1 1000hr,Y=3 2167+1 6479X The dilution can also be absorbed by leaves and transferred down stem,and 52 hours after leaves were treated by using 1000 times dilution,the mortality of the nymph and adult are 74 55% and 67 79%,respectively.Both LC 50 and the regression equations are 614 0726±1 2180μg/ml,Y=-2 5999+2 7257X and 643 5077±1 0827μg/ml,Y=-0 5405+1 9727X;and their LT 50 and regression equations 15 9466±1 3198h,Y=3 2142+1 4848X and 20 6461±1 1998hr,Y=3 0681+1 4693X So,it is quite evident that the pesticide has good systemic two way transferability and the up transferability is more powerful
