芒果小穴壳蒂腐病菌(Dothiorella dominicana)生物学特性研究
Biological characters of Dothiorella dominicana causing stem end rot of mango
【摘要】 从广西桂香芒果病果中分离出了芒果蒂腐菌Dothiorelladominicana。对其生物学特性研究的结果表明 ,不同的时间、温度、pH值、光照等条件对该菌的分生孢子萌发、菌丝生长和产孢有显著的影响。在 1 0 0 %RH下 ,3小时后分生孢子开始萌发 ,9小时后达到最高 ;该菌的最适生长温度区是 2 5~ 34℃ ,最适生长pH在 3 5~ 5 5之间。室内药剂测试表明 ,2 5 %施保克乳油对该菌抑制作用较强。
【Abstract】 Dothiorella dominicana pet.et Cif.,a causal agent of mango stem end rot disease was isolated and biologically studied.The results showed that different time,temperature,pH and light irradiation had an obvious effect on spore germination and mycelial growth.Under the environment of 100%RH,the spore began to germinate in 3 hours and reached the peak in 9 hours;the temperature and pH suitable for its growth were 25 34℃ and 3 5 5 5,respectively. In vitro tests indicated that the growth of this fungus was strongly suppressed by sportak.
