【摘要】 目的 :本文对动态心电图 (Holter)检出围产期心律失常 3 6例临床特点进行分析 ,并与常规心电图 (ECG)检出率进行比较。方法 :对 3 6例有心慌、胸闷症状的孕产妇分别进行ECG、Holter2 4小时动态检查。结果 :房性早搏、室性早搏、短阵房性心动过速显著高于ECG检查 (P <0 .0 5) ,窦性心动过速Holter与ECG检出率无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 :Holter检查是诊断围产期心律失常的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the clinical efficiency of Holter for detecting the perinatal arrhythmia.Methods 36 cases of perinatal women with palpitation and pectoral discomfort were porformed a 24hours monitoring by Holter vs ECG.The dynamic datums obtained were analiesed and compared each other.Results The detected rate of atrial proiosystole,ventricular proiosystole and paroxysmal tachycardia were obviously higher by using Holter than by ECG (P<0.05),but there was no difference between the detected rate of sinus tachycardia by them(P>0.05).Conclusion The Holter monitoring is an effective way for diagnosis of perinatal arrythmia.更多还原
