【摘要】 目的 :测定小叶黑柴胡的甾醇类成分的含量 ,并与北柴胡比较分析。方法 :采用薄层扫描法测定小叶黑柴胡与北柴胡中甾醇类成分的含量。结果 :小叶黑柴胡与北柴胡的含量分别为 0 5 12 5mg/g和 0 2 40 8mg/g ,回收率分别为 96 5 2 %、97 2 2 %。结论 :小叶黑柴胡的甾醇含量高于北柴胡一倍 ,提示小叶黑柴胡的抗炎作用优于北柴胡更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Sterols contents in Bupleurum Smithii Wolff var.parvifolium and in Bupleurum chinense were quantitatively determined and compared.Methods:By using-TLC-scan technique to determine the sterols content.Results:The contents of sterols in Bupleurum Smithii Wolff var.parvifolium and in Bupleurum Chinense were 0.5125mg/g and 0.2405mg/g,and the average recoveries were 96.52%,97.22% respectively.Conclusion:The results indicate that the sterol content of the former is twice as high as that of the latter,so is the antiimflammatory action.更多还原
