桑叶茶对高脂血症大鼠脂代谢的影响及其抗氧化作用
The Effcct of Mulberry Leaftea on Lipometabolism and Anti-oxidation in Rat With Hyperlipemia
【摘要】 目的 :观察桑叶茶对高脂血症大鼠的影响。方法 :设正常对照组、高血脂对照组、高脂饲料对照组、阳性对照组。以上 4组分别给普通饲料、高血脂饲料、高血脂饲料桑叶茶、高血脂饲料山楂精降脂片。 4周后检测。结果 :桑叶茶使高脂血症大鼠血清HDL -C、HDL -C/TC明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,TC、LDL -C、TG明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,LPO显著降低 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :桑叶茶可以降低血脂 ,抑制有害的过氧化物的生成。
【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of mulberry leaf tea on hyperlipemia. Methods: Four groups of rat were seperately fed with common forage (group A), high fat forage (group B), high fat forage with mulberry leat tea (group C), and high fat forage combined with refined antilipid pills of hawthorn fruit. (group D). After four weeks, the serum samples of each group were checked for the amount of TC、 LDL-C、 TDL-C、 HDL-C/TC、 TG and LPO. Results:TC LDL/C、 TGLPO were higher in group B than that in group A (P<0.01),but HDL-C、HDL-C/TC were lower (P<0.01).In the groups C, TC、TG、LDL-C、LPO were lower than that in group B (P<0.05,LPO P<0.01), but reversely, HDL-C、 HDL-C/TC were higher (P<0.01). There was no significant difference between group C and group D. Conclusion: The mulberry leaf tea is effective to decrease the blood lipid and the forming of peroxides.
