【Abstract】 It’s difficulty to get the knowledge from the collected data, sign brainpower and computing brainpower are two sides to simulate cognizing levels model of human brainpower. Correspondence to it, the fuzzy logic system and the neural computing system are the important developing tend at present. The neural network learns with the response data of the objective system and the fuzzy model is prone to understand. All advantages will be impersonated with the combination of them.
