【摘要】 对 30只初生、1周岁和成年雷州山羊部分生理指标的测定结果显示 ,雷州山羊的体温、呼吸、脉搏、红细胞数(RBC)、血红蛋白等均随着年龄的增长而降低 ,至成年时稳定在一定范围 ,公羊略高于母羊 ,但组间差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。白细胞数在初生至 1周岁时逐渐升高 ,至成年时稳定在初生的水平 ,且母羊略高于公羊 ,但差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,成年羊的嗜酸性白细胞、嗜碱性白细胞水平显著高于初生和周岁羊 ,也显著高于其他山羊品种 (P <0 .0 5 )。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ten newly-born,ten 1-year-old and ten adult Leizhou goats were used to determine a few physiological parameters.The results showed that body temperature,respiration,arterial pulse,RBC and Hb of the goats decreased progressively as the animal grew until they stabilized at a certain level at the adult stage.The values of these parameters were higher in the male group than in the female group,the difference being non-significant,however,statistically ( P >0.05).The value of WBC increased as the animal grew until it was 1 year old,and decreased thereafter to the level at birth.The difference between sexes was non-significant( P >0.05).Acidophilic and basophilic WBC of adult Leizhou goats were significantly higher than those of the two groups of young goats and than other goat breeds ( P <0.05).更多还原
