【Abstract】 Daily intake and dry matter digestion coefficient (DDC) of male Tibetan gosts (the type of plateau) was measured by the methods of gauze mask and AIA. It shows no significant difference between the two methods (P>0.05). The daily intake of gauze mask is 1.1293 ± 0.3496 while the value of AIA is 1.2761±0.1670; And the DDC of gauze mask is 70.58± 9.46% while the value of AIA is 73.82±2.43%. Furthermore, the method of AIA is more simple and practical than the method of collecting whole faeces.更多还原
