用正交设计法筛选中华芦荟丛生芽诱导的最优培养基

【摘要】 用正交设计法考察了不同浓度的 6 苄基腺嘌呤 ( 6 BA)、萘乙酸 (NAA)和蔗糖对中华芦荟丛生芽诱导的影响 .方差分析结果显示 :糖对中华芦荟丛生芽诱导的影响最大 ,其次是6 BA ,而NAA影响最小 .筛选出中华芦荟丛生芽诱导的最佳培养基为MS + 2 .0mg/L 6 BA +0 .3mg/LNAA + 30 g/L蔗糖 .

【Abstract】 The effects of 6 Ba,NAA and sucrose on the tufted bud induction of Aloe vera L. var. chinesis (Haw.) Berger were studied by using L9(34) orhogonal design. The variance analysis of the experimental results showed that the actions of the three factors were all extremely remarkable. Among the three factors, sucrose was the most important one for the tufted bud induction of Aloe vera L. var. chinesis (Haw.), followed by 6 BA and NAA as the weakest. The best medium for the tufted bud induction of Aloe vera L.var. Chinesis (Haw.) was MS+ 2.0 mg/L 6 BA+0.3mg/L, NAA+30g/L Sucrose.
