无汞盐法测定铁矿石中铁含量研究
A Study on Unmercuric Determination of Iron in Iron Ore
【摘要】 对无汞盐测铁法 (甲基橙为指示剂 )进行了试验研究 ,确定了最佳测定条件为 :溶样时间 2 5min ,还原酸度 4.0mol·L-1,还原温度 6 0℃~ 70℃ .并在此条件下测得铁矿石中的铁量与有汞盐测铁法基本一致 ,说明无汞盐法是一种准确的常量测铁法 ,且简便、经济、污染小 .
【Abstract】 The unmercuric determination of iron (methyl orange used as indicated agent) is studied in this paper. The excellent conditions defined are: the dissolved time of the sample is 25 minutes, the reduced acidity 4.0 mol·L -1 and reduced temperature 60~70℃. The iron amount determined according to these conditions is consistent with that determined in mercuric determination. It shows that this method is accrate, simple, economic and less polluted.
