【摘要】 为了研究THl细胞因子TNF -α(肿瘤坏死因子 )在流产发生机制中的意义 ,探讨中药黄苓白术的安胎作用及机理 ,本试验用细菌脂多糖 (LPS)尾静脉注射 (每鼠 0 1μg) ,诱导昆明小鼠流产 ,ELISA方法测定子宫匀浆中TNF -α的含量。发现LPS诱导流产的小鼠 ,子宫内TNF -α显著升高。预先口服保胎中药黄芩白术 ,则显著抑制LPS的作用 ,使母鼠胚胎吸收率降低 ,子宫内TNF -α含量也显著降低。这些结果表明 ,LPS诱导流产与子宫内TNF -α升高有关。保胎中药黄芩白术有抑制母体子宫与胎儿界面THl细胞因子TNF -α分泌的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 WT5BZ]In order to investigate the significance of the Th1 cytokine TNF α in abortion and the anti abortifacient mechanisms of the Chinese herbal medicine Radix scutellariae and Rhizoma atractylodis ,Lipopolysaccharide(LPS)was injected iv.via the tail vein(0.1 μg per mouse)to induce abortion in kunming mice.The TNF α contents in the uterus were assayed by ELISA.The results revealed that the TNF-α level was significantly elevated in LPS induced abortions in comparison with the controls.The combined decoction of Radix scutellariae and Rhizoma atractylodis given orally to the pregnant mice prior to LPS treatment significantly inhibited the abortifacient effect of LPS.These findings suggest that LPS induced abortion is associated with the TNF α production in the uterus,and that the anti abortifacient effects of the two Chinese medicinal herbs are realized through modulation of the TNF-α secretion at the maternal fetal interface.更多还原
