【摘要】 目的　探讨治疗挫伤及炎症性视神经病变新方法 ,提高增视率。方法　将研究对象 5 2例 75眼根据临床用药不同 ,随机分为甲组 (类固醇加血管扩张药 )及乙组 (类固醇加甘露醇及中药丹参 ) ,分别观察两组治疗效果。结果　甲组增视率 5 8% ,乙组为 98% ,经统计学处理差异显著 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,乙组增视效果明显优于甲组。结论　类固醇、甘露醇并用 ,有助视神经肿胀改善 ,中药活血化瘀 ,改善组织缺血缺氧 ,促进神经细胞兴奋性优于血管扩张药。中西药结合增视效果显著更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a new treatment method for contusion and inflammatory optic nenropathy. Methods Fifty two cases(75 eyes).were divided into two groups.There were 20 cases(31 eyes)in groupA,and 32 cases(44 eyes)in group B.The cases in group A were treated with large dose steroid and vasodilater,In group B,they were treated with steroid,D mannitol and red sage root.Results The improved rate of vision was 58% in group A,and 98% in group B. There was significant difference between the two groups( P <0.001).Conclusion Combination of steroid and D mannitol with lighten the swelling of optic nerve. Traditional Chinese medicine herbs can activate blood flow and remove blood stasis, decrease the ischemia and hypoxia of the tissue, increase the excitibility of nerve cell. So there’s remarkble curative effect.更多还原
