家兔激素性青光眼房水心钠素水平研究

【摘要】 目的 研究家兔激素性青光眼 (SIG)的眼压与房水心钠素 (ANF)的关系。方法 2 3只家兔随机分成 2组 :观察组和对照组。观察组隔日给家兔结膜下注射地塞米松0 .5 m g,对照组隔日结膜下注射生理盐水 ,体积同观察组 ,共 15次 30 d。每周测量家兔眼压 ,实验前、后测定房水心钠素 ,1mo后分析眼压和心纳素的关系。结果  1mo后观察组家兔眼压提高了 0 .6 7k Pa± 0 .49k Pa(t=6 .13,P<0 .0 1) ,房水心钠素提高了 39.3ng· L- 1± 15 .9ng· L- 1 (t=8.79,P<0 .0 1) ,对照组家兔眼压和心钠素均未见显著改变。1m o后观察组房水心钠素和眼压的相关检验 ,r=0 .5 1,P<0 .0 5。结论 家兔激素性青光眼的房水心钠素与眼压调节有关

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation between atrial natriuretic factor(ANF)in aqueous humor and intraocular pressure (IOP) in the rabbits of steroid induced glaucoma(SIG).Methods Twenty three pigmented rabbits were divided randomly into the observation group and the control group. ANF in aqueous humor was measured in all pigmented rabbits at the first day and the last day of the experiment.0.5mg dexamethasone and physiological saline were injected in the right eyes of the rabbits in the observation and control group every 2 days respectively, totally 15 times for 30 days. The IOP of the right eyes were measured every week. The relationship between IOP and ANF was analysed after the experiment.Results The IOP and ANF in aqueous humor increased obviously in the observation group: The IOP increased by 0.67kPa±0.49kPa( t =6.13, P <0.01)and ANF 39.3ng·L -1 ±15.9ng·L -1 ( t =8.79, P <0.01), In the control group, the IOP increased by -0.04±0.48kPa( t =0.24, P >0.05)and ANF in aqueous humor 0.21ng·L -1 ±1.63ng·L -1 ( t =0.36, P >0.05).There was a positive relationship between IOP and ANF in the observation group, r =0.51, P <0.025.Conclusion Enhanced ANF release in aqueous humor during SIG may play an important physiological role in modulating IOP.
