【摘要】 目的 :评价超能特灵治疗男性更年期综合征患者的作用。 方法 :19例男性更年期综合征患者各注射超能特灵 2 5 0 mg,测定第 1、3、7、14、2 1、2 8天血睾酮、促性腺激素及雌激素的水平 ,观察临床疗效。结果 :肌注超能特灵 2 5 0 mg后 ,第 1天血睾酮急剧上升同时促性腺激素开始明显下降 ,持续至第 2 1天仍能维持并有统计学差异。结论 :超能特灵是一种较单用丙酸睾酮和庚酸睾酮更理想、更方便的睾酮制剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of Triolandren on men’s climacteric syndrome. Method: 23 male patients with age 53 to 65 (average 59±5.7) were selected, 250 mg triolandren was injected intramuscularly each case. The change of hormone level (T, LH, FSH, E\-2) was determined and observed the clinical symptoms on the 1st, 3 rd, 7 th, 14 th, 21 st, 28 th day after injection. Result: The first day after injection of triolandren, the blood testosterone raised and at the same time GnH begins to go down fast. On the 21st day, they still remained statistical significant difference. Conclusion: Triolandren indicates to be more convenient and ideal than testosteroni propinas and testosteroni hepates.更多还原
