【摘要】 目的 :研究肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)对血糖的影响。方法 :对 5组不同情况的实验室检测资料进行多因素回归分析。 结果 :人体血循环中 TNF在调整了年龄、胰岛素等变量的影响之后 ,仍独立的影响着代谢综合征患者血糖浓度及血胰岛素浓度。这与动物实验及体外组织培养证实的 TNF抑制胰岛素受体作用相吻合。结论 :肿瘤坏死因子对糖代谢有重要的负向调节作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of tumor necrosis factor(TNF) on blood glucose. Method: Multifactor retrospective analysis was performed on laboratory data of 5 groups with different situations (disorders and normal control).Result: After standardization in age and insulin, serum TNF still affected the blood glucose and insulin levels of X syndrome patients; this result was concordant with animal experiment and tissue cultivation in vitro, which verified that TNF inhibits the insulin receptor. Conclusion: TNF has important negative role on blood glucose regulation.更多还原
