【摘要】 目的 :通过中药不同的方法治疗血脂异常比较 ,寻找治疗高脂蛋白血症安全、有效的方法。方法 :以中药补肾、健脾、化痰、活血及综合治疗各组之间的疗效比较 ,观察各组间的临床疗效 ;并且对临床疗效满意的一组进行动物实验研究。结果 :中药综合治疗优于单一的补肾、健脾、化痰、活血组。实验研究提示中药有预防高脂蛋白血症的效应。结论 :中药综合治疗高脂蛋白血症的方法 ,是标本兼施的有效、安全的方法之一 ,有高脂蛋白血症倾向者 ,中药有预防发病的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the efficacy of different therapies of traditional Chinese drugs in treating the abnormal changes of blood lipid in order to find a safe and effective method to treat hyperlipoproteinemia. Method: To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of different treating groups based on the comparison between the effects of synthetic treatment with traditional Chinese drugs and therapies for nourishing the kidney and strengthening the spleen as well as for removing phlegm and activating blood circulafion. Result: The effects of the synthetic treatment with traditional Chinese drugs was superior to that of the simple kidney nourishing. spleen strengthening, phlegm removing and blood activating therapies. The experimental study also indicated that traditional Chinese drugs were effective in preventing and treating hyperlipoproteinemia. Conclusion: The synthetic treatment of hyperlipoproteinemia with traditional Chinese drugs is one of the thearapeutic methods characterized by favorable efficacy, safety and in favor of treating the illness both symptomatically and basically for hyperlipoproteinimia; traditional Chinese drugs are also effective to prevent hyperlipoproteinemia.更多还原
