【摘要】 目的 :探讨改良式剖宫产术的临床价值。方法 :采用香港周杰医师 1991年创立的一套改良式剖宫产术对 5 0例产妇进行手术并与同期腹部横切口传统式剖宫产术进行比较。结果 :改良式剖宫产术所用时间短、术中出血少、术后排气时间缩短、疼痛轻、产褥病发生率低、住院时间短 ,与对照组比较有明显差异。结论 :改良式剖宫产术较传统式剖宫产术优点多 ,值得临床推广应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical value of cesarean section by means of a modified way. Method: 50 cases were selected to do cesarean section using zhou’s modified operative method which was compared with the tranditional method of transverse arc incision at the same period. Results: The modified cesarean section spent little time to do, with less bleeding in operation, shortening time of expel gas after operation and lighenting pain compared with control group. The incidence of puerperal morbidity are lower and the time of hospitalization are shorter than that of control group. Conclusion: Modified cesarean section has more advantages than tranditional one and is worth of clinical popularization.更多还原
