【摘要】 目的 :通过对诺氟沙星 - PVP共沉淀物的研究 ,为提高难溶性药物溶出度和增大溶解度提供一些参考。方法 :依据药典规定的转篮法 ,以体外溶出度 T5 0 、Td值为考查指标进行优化比较。结果 :优选出诺氟沙星与 PVP的最佳配比为 1∶ 8,并通过 X衍射实验证明诺氟沙星以无定形状态分散在 PVP载体中。结论 :共沉淀物能显著提高诺氟沙星在人工胃液中的溶出度 ,有望达到提高生物利用度的最终目的更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The authors studied norfloxacin PVP coprecipitate in order to provide references for difficult soluble drug to improve dissolution. Methods: Rotation basket method (see in CCP) was used. Results: The results showed that norfloxacin in norfloxacin PVP coprecipitate was in a amorphous state, and significant difference (P<0.05) was observed between the dissolution parameter (Td) of coprecipitate and physical mixture. Conclusion: Coprecipitate can improve dissolution of norfloxacin in 0.1M hydrochloric acid solution.更多还原
