拉压屈服强度不同材料厚壁圆筒的自增强研究
Autofrettage Analysis of Thick Walled Cylinder of Strength Material with Different Yield Strength in Tension and Compression
【摘要】 本文运用莫尔屈服准则对承受内压的拉压屈服强度不同材料的厚壁圆筒进行了自增强分析 ,得到了依赖于材料拉压比的厚壁圆筒弹性区与塑性区中的应力分布 ,残余应力分布及合成应力分布。分析结果表明 ,材料拉压屈服强度的不同对结构的自增强有一定的影响。考虑到材料具有拉压强度不同的观点 ,本文的分析结果具有一般性
【Abstract】 The autofrettage of thick walled cylindes of different material with different yield strength in tension and compression is analyzed based on the Mohrs yield criterion. The stress distribution and residual stress distribution have been obtained by the analysis. These results may be in reference to the designer.
