【Abstract】 The paper suggests that the most significant implications of the thought of " Three - Representation" by Jiang Zeming lie in that it is an innovative achievement in the development of philosophy of Communist Party builiding from the angle of Marxist philosophy. The foundation on which the Party is built, on which it is in power and the source of its strength are the fundamental issues for the Party building.
