【Abstract】 The weather condition of the exceptional heavy snow from 26 to 30 December in 1996 in the Altay area was analyzed.The results show that the secandary circulation of the upper-jetstream coupling enhances the ascending motion inthe area of the heavy snow and lower jetstream transports plantiful vapour for heavy snow.The dynamics condition of the heavy snow is the deep ascending motionand powerfull potential instability.更多还原
