【摘要】 论述了针织和缠绕增强层可互换生产的胶管生产线控制系统的功能及其实现方法 ,并介绍了全线控制过程、控制运算和可编程序控制器编程框图。在针织胶管生产线中设计了 3个控制系统 ,测量胶管生产速度、张力和胶管外胶直径 ;在缠绕胶管生产线中还配加了内胶直径测量。控制系统由带触摸屏工控机、可编程控制系统等组成 ,具有切换、显示、启动 /停止、升速 /降速和管理等功能更多还原
