【摘要】 目的：探索大学生酒依赖倾向影响因素。方法：在4所省属大学，对1～4年级共884名学生的饮酒行为及其他危害健康行为进行无记名问卷调查，并对学生的心理进行了抑郁和焦虑症状评定。结果：13．0％的学生报告显示有酒依赖行为倾向（男生为17．5％，女生为1．6％），多因素Logistic回归分析结果表明，大学男生酒依赖行为倾向与某些社会因素（学生来源于农村、年级升高、母亲大专以上学历）、心理因素（焦虑症状）、危害健康行为（酒后骑车、携带刀具、打架行为、大强度的体育活动、性行为及尝试违禁药品行为）相关联。结论：维护大学生的心理健康及对某些危险行为的干预可望降低大学男生的酒依赖行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: This study was designed to identify the factors associated with alcohol dependence of college students.Methods: Among 884 college students at the grades 1 ~ 4 in 4 colleges of Anhui province, an anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted to obtain data regarding drinking behavior. other health risk behaviors, and syndrome of anxiety and depression. Results:The percentage of students reported having alcohol dependence was 13. 0% (17. 5 %, males and 1. 6% ,females). The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that some social and mental factors and health risk behaviors were associated with alcohol dependence.Conclusions: Health risk behavior interventions and mental health promotion might decrease the risk of alcohol dependence.更多还原
