【摘要】 为探讨低浓度混苯对作业人员的心理因素的影响 ,采用SCL 90量表对 1 0 4名长期接触混苯工人和96名非接尘、接毒的工人进行心理测试 ,并进行常规白细胞计数和空气混苯测定。结果表明 ,在混苯浓度基本未超标的情况下 ,长期接触者表现出心理指标的改变 ,男性主要表现在躯体化、焦虑、恐怖和精神病性症状 ,而女性则表现为人际关系敏感。分年龄段的研究表明 ,作业人员的心理因素改变主要集中在 1 8～ 2 9岁这一年龄段 ,而此时白细胞计数和血红蛋白均在正常范围内。此结果提示长期接触低浓度混苯的作业人员存在一定的心理健康问题 ,主要集中在年轻人 ,故应加强对青年工人的健康教育和卫生宣传。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the effect of psychological indices on the workers which exposed to low concentration of benzene or xylene or toluene, we select 104 exposed to benzene workers as object and 96 non\|exposure as control. Psychological measure with SCL\|90 were determined, while white blood cell routinely counted and airy benzene concentration were measured. The result indicate that psychological indices were changed in these workers which exposed to low concentration of benzene over a long period of time. The somatization and anxiety and photic anxiety and psychoticism manifested in male and the interpersonal sensitivity in female. These changes focus in younger 18 to 29 years. Those suggest that benzene or xylene or toulene can led to psychological disease in young workers. It is important to carry out healthy education and psychological advisory for young workers.更多还原
