【摘要】 〔目的〕了解杭州市区居民胃癌23年的死亡状况和流行规律,为研究胃癌的病因及制订防治措施提供依据。〔方法〕居民病伤死因证明书按国际疾病分类第9版的编码原则编码,再按我国现行规定的CCD87码进行归类,应用趋势检验和u检验进行分析。〔结果〕23年来,胃癌死亡率呈明显下降趋势,从1976年的2952/10万下降到1998年的2036/10万,其中男性从3594/10万下降到2106/10万,女性从2270/10万下降到1959/10万。胃癌死亡在癌亡谱中的位次,由1976年的第1位退至1995年的第2位,1996年后继续后移至第3位。胃癌死亡率35岁以前处于较低的死亡水平,死亡率均在10/10万以下,45岁后随年龄的递增而明显上升。〔结论〕杭州市区居民23年来,随着生活水平的提高,保健知识的普及,饮食结构的改变,胃癌死亡率呈明显的下降趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 urpose〕To investigate the death and the prevalence of gastric cancer.〔Methods〕Certification of injury and death was classified according to International Classification of Diseases (ICD 9).It was sorted according to CCD 87,and analysed by trend significant test and u test.〔Results〕Mortality rate of gastric cancer has been declining during recent 23 years.It was 20.36 per 10 5 population in 1998,down from 29.52 per 10 5 population in 1976.Especially it was 21.06 per 10 5 male and 19.59 per 10 5 female in 1998,down from 35.94 per 10 5 male and 22.70 per 10 5 female in 1976. The gastric cancer on Cancer Death Pattern ranked on the third in 1996, down from the second in 1995 and first in 1976.Mortality rate of gastric cancer was lower in the group of 35 years old and lesser than the group over 45 years old.〔Conclusion〕 In the recent 23 years,mortality rate of gastric cancer has been declining,because the life condition has improved,health education is overspreaded and nutrition structure is changed.更多还原
