【摘要】 :〔目的〕观察20例第二原发癌患者的治疗效果。〔方法〕1992年9月～1999年1月期间,对20例经病理证实的第二原发癌进行根治性或姑息性治疗。〔结果〕20例中3例已死亡,分别生存6个月,1年,2年5个月。其余17例仍生存:已生存1年以上者11例,已生存3年以上者1例,已生存5年以上者1例。〔结论〕第二原发癌经积极治疗仍能取得一定效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 urpose〕To observe the effects of therapy on 20 cases with second primary cancer.〔Methods〕From Sep.1992 to Jan.1999,patients with pathologically proved second primary cancers received radical treatment or palliative treatment.〔Results〕Among these patients,3 cases dead,with 6 months,12 months and 29 months survival span,respectively.The other 17 cases were still alive at the end of follow up.Among them,11 cases had survived over 1 year,1 case had survived over 3 years,1 case had survived over 5 years.〔Conclusion〕Patients with second primary cancer can achieved certain effect through active treatment.更多还原
