【摘要】 :〔目的〕探讨乳腺癌患者围手术期化疗的必要性及安全性。〔方法〕对68例Ⅱ、Ⅲ期乳腺癌及乳腺癌肿块已被局部切除的病人在根治术前、中、后作静脉辅助化疗及局部化疗。〔结果〕本组病人经围手术期化疗未出现严重的化疗反应,能耐受根治术,近期疗效明显。〔结论〕乳腺癌围手术期化疗是有必要的,并且有可靠的安全性,能提高病人的术后生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 urpose〕To study the essentiality and safety of perioperative chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer.〔Methods〕Sixty eight cases of breast cancer stage Ⅱ、Ⅲ and the partial patients with breast mass local resecction have been performed intravenous or local adjuvant chemotherapy in perioperative period.〔Results〕In these patiens received the perioperative chemotherapy have not produced severe side effect and could tolerate the radical mastectomy well.The short period efficiency achieved is significant.〔Conclusion〕It is essentiality and safety to perform perioperative chemotherapy in breast cancer.This mode therapy may improve the survival.更多还原
