【摘要】 为研究肥胖程度及类型在哈、汉两民族高血压患者中致病特点。我们对高血压患者 143例 (哈族57例 ,汉族 86例 ) ,正常对照者 10 3例 (哈族 4 6例 ,汉族 57例 )。测体重指数 (BMI)、腰臀围比值 (WHR)、胰岛素敏感指数 (ISI)、空腹血糖 (BG)、胰岛素 (FINS)、口服 75g葡萄糖后 2h血糖 (2hBG)、胰岛素 (2hINS)、血脂 4项、内皮素 (ET)、心钠素 (ANP)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)。以BMI、WHR等五项生理指标为自变量 ,其余各项分别为应变量进行多因素分析。结果显示　 1 哈族WHR与DBP ,汉族BMI、WHR与SBP、DBP呈正相关。 2 哈族WHR与FBG、2hBG ,汉族BMI与两次BG、INS呈正相关 ,哈、汉两族BMI、WHR与ISI呈负相关。 3 哈、汉两族WHR与HDL -ch呈负相关、与TG呈正相关。 4 哈族BMI与ET ,汉族WHR与ET、BMI与ANP呈正相关。说明BMI、WHR二指标在哈、汉两族中通过影响血压、BG、INS及敏感性、HDL ch、TG、ET、ANP的水平而起致病作用。哈族WHR显示更有意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study examined the pathogenic characters of obesity in patient with hypertension in both Kazak and Han nationalities.Methods:The blood glucose(BG)、insulin(INS)、lipidemia and endotholin(ET)、atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP)、Calcitonic gene related peptide(CGRP) were determined.Body mass index(BMI)、waist/hip ratio(WHR)、insulin sensitive index(ISI) were also calculated.A multi variables statistic analysis of was carried out in 143 cases of hypertension (Kazak 57、Han 86) and 103 normal cases(Kazak 46、Han 57).Results:1.WHR was associated with DBP in Kazak.While BMI and WHR were associated with SBP、DBP in Han.2.WHR was associated with BG in Kazak,while BMI was associated with BG、INS in Han.Both BMI and WHR were associated signifcantly with ISI.3.WHR was associated signifcantly with HDL ch、TG in Kazak and Han.4.There were a positive relationship btween BMI and ET in Kazak,between WHR and ET、BMI and ANF in Han.Conclusion:Obesity is associated with the levels of blood press、BG、INS、ISI、HDL ch、TG、ET、ANF et al.But WHR had is stronger effect than BMI did in Kazak nationalities.更多还原
