【Abstract】 The purpose of this paper is to discuss on some problems about assessing case similarity in case--based reasoning systems. Through researching and analyzing of case matching process and several matching functions, the authors find that these widely used matching functions don’t work effectively in those CBR systems that support ill-structured decision problems. Therefore, it is necessary to look for an effective method in order to improve case retrieval performance in such CBR systems.更多还原
