【摘要】 介绍了自行研制的“内针螺旋式自动抽吸活检装置”的基本构造、功用、操作方法及医学影像引导下临床应用情况．主要功用是可以在超声、Ｘ射线、ＣＴ 等影像引导下对人体体表、体腔的病灶进行同步自动抽吸活检取材；特点为创伤轻微、快速准确、安全可靠、使用范围广，对年高体弱病人有独特之处．通过对１５５ 例人体体表、体腔病灶的临床应用，成功率达９７％ ，无１ 例死亡及中转手术，其价值可与外科开刀手术取材媲美．更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper provides the information of the clinical application of the medical apparatus by using self made “Internal Needle Rotary type Automatic Suction Biopsy Device”under the guidance of images sucth as ultrasound, radiation and CT to carry out the synchronous automatic suction biopsy of the affection caused principally by tumours in various human surface and internal regions and organs and thus complete the histological and cytological complementary diagnosis. Through the clinical application to 155 cases with tumous as principal foci in various regios and organs such as human body surface, thyroid gland, parotid gland, mamma, mediastnum, lung, liver, pancreas, gallbladder, stomach and intestine, kidney, uterus, oarium, testis, prostate gland, skeleton, etc., the rate of success in sampling ≥97%. The patients only felt slight hypodynia wih little and minimal complication and minute surface of wound. There was no case of death or transit operation. In addition, the self made automatic suction biopsy device is scientific, simple and functional.更多还原
