【摘要】 目的　对严重的肝外伤行清创性肝切除以快速制止肝脏出血。方法　用负压吸引式切肝锯刀沿破碎的肝组织边缘分割肝脏 ,分离的小块肝组织和创面出血随时被负压吸引管道吸走 ,显露出肝内管道结构后加以缝扎、切断。清理出一个较整齐的肝创面。结果　对 13例严重肝损伤患者行清创性肝切除。 12例治疗效果满意 ,仅 1例术中死于失血性休克。结论　用负压吸引式切肝锯刀作清创性肝切除 ,手术操作方便 ,显露术野清楚 ,节省手术时间 ,并且多保留正常肝组织 ,减少手术并发症 ,提高抢救成功率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Debridement hepatectomy for severe hepatic injury was performed to stop bleeding.Method Dissection of the liver at the border of ruptured tissue was done by utility of negative pressure suction hepatic saw.Small pieces of liver tissue and blood from the dissected place were drawn away by suction from time to time.Vascular structure in the liver was done and cut after exposed.A clear traumatic surface was made by debridement.Results Debridement hepatectomy was done in 13 cases of severe hepatic injury.Satisfactory effect were gained in 12 cases and only one died of bleeding during operation.Conclusions By utility of negative pressure suction hepatic saw,debridement hepatectomy is easy to perform,operative area is clear to expose,operation time is short,more normal liver tissue can be reserved,operative complication is less and successful rate of operation is high.更多还原
