【摘要】 输血 ,这一在临床实践中应用广泛的治疗手段 ,已被认为是影响肿瘤患者预后的重要因素。这种影响被归诸于输血对机体免疫功能的调节———免疫抑制。有关输血对肿瘤患者预后影响的回顾性临床研究已相继开展 ;动物实验也在分子生物学水平取得了输血与免疫抑制机制研究的新突破。在积极开展针对性的前瞻性研究的同时 ,严格输血指征 ,提倡自体输血或成分输血 ,以减少输血对肺癌及其它肿瘤患者预后的不良影响更多还原

【Abstract】 Resently,perioperative blood transfusion(PBTs) has been proposed as an additional modulator of lung tumor recurrence.On the other hand,PBTs increases the recurrence rate and decreases survival rate in patients with lung cancer.It is postulated that nonspecific immunosuppression may be involved in these presumptive phenomenon.Multiple retrospective sutdies have attempted to elucidate the correlation,with the most convincing date in many other tumor types as well as lung cancer.Several investigators have investigated the PBTs on primary tumor growth in animal model,and a controlled prospetive study is already in progress.更多还原
