【摘要】 目的　中草药及复方抗乙肝病毒s、e抗原的实验研究及疗效观察。方法　应用反向被动血凝抑制 (RPHI)法和酶联免疫吸附检测 (ELISA)法筛选出抗HBsAg高效中草药组成复方。 结果　服用 2个疗程e抗原阴转率 5 1% ,与干扰素疗效相似 ,服用 4个疗程则可明显提高疗效。结论　中草药复方辩证治疗慢性乙肝 ,对HBsAg、HBeAg、HBV DNA转阴 ,抗HBs、抗HBe转阳取得了较好的疗效 ,长期服用可防止复发更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of composite prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicine against HBsAg and HBeAg.Method Patients took the higher effective composite prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicine selected with the two means of RPHI and ELISA.Results 51% of their HBeAgs became negative in two courses of treatment.The curative effect was similar to that of interferon.The curative effect would be more obvious if four courses of treatment were given.Conclusions The therapeutic effect of composite prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicine,in making HBsAg,HBeAg and HBV DNA negative,and making anti HBs and anti HBe positive was very good because the dielectical treatment was adopted.Besides,the relapse of chronic hepatitis B can be prevented if every patient receives a long term treatment.更多还原
