【摘要】 目的 :探讨并验证超声心动图与X线平片对诊断室间隔缺损的价值。材料与方法 :比较 83例室间隔缺损患者的超声心动图和其中 75例X线平片诊断与手术所见的差异 ,显示各自在诊断室间隔缺损时的优势。结果 :本文病例对室间隔缺损的定性符合率和定位符合率超声心动图分别为 10 0 %与 96 4% ,对缺损大小的测量与手术所见基本一致 ;X线平片的定性符合率为 88% ,其只能大体推断有无室间隔缺损并估测缺损的大小 ,不能对缺损进行定位分型。结论 :超声心动图是无创伤性诊断室间隔缺损的首选方法 ;观察肺循环情况以X线平片为佳 ,两者结合应用可能进一步提高室间隔缺损的检出率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To explore and prove the different value of X-ray plain film and echocardiography on the diagnosis of VSD.Materials and Methods:Make a comparison between echocardiography of 83 patients with VSD,X-ray diagnosis of 75 patients(parts of the 83 patients) and operations then show up respective advantage of the two in diagnosing VSD.Results:The echocardiography′s precise rate of quality and location were 100% and 96 4%.The quantitative measure for VSD and the results of operative results were the same;the rate of X-ray quality was 88%;X-ray plain film can only deduce whether the VSD existed and evaluate the size of VSD,but X-ray plain film can’t locate VSD.Conclusion:Echocardiography is the first choice without injury in diagnosing VSD,X-ray plain film is good at observing the circulation of lung,if the two ways can be integrated,the rate of exposing VSD can be higher.更多还原
