【摘要】 目的：了解脑血吸虫病的 ＣＴ表现特点。材料与方法：收集经临床及 实验室检查证实为脑血吸虫病的患者１９ 例，均行脑ＣＴ平扫与增强扫描。结果：ＣＴ表现为等、低、略高密度的病灶周边均有广泛的水肿带，增强扫描后病灶边缘可见结节状、环状强化，或无显强化。结论：脑血吸虫病在ＣＴ表现上无一定的特异性，诊断过程中还必须参照临床病史及各种辅助检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: The purpose of this study was to demonstrate CT features of cerebral schistosomiasis. Materials and Methods: The diagnosis of nineteen patients were established on clinical findings and laboratory findings All underwent nonenhanced and contrast enhanced cerebral CT scan. Results: The CT findings revealed isodersity, low and slight highednsity focuses and large edema around them, with ringlike, nodular or not apparent enhancement after administration of contrast medium. Conclusion: The CT findings of cerebral schistosomiasis were nonspecific, in the process of the diagnosis, it is essential to refer to the clinical history and other auxiliary examinations.更多还原
